There is no right of withdrawal for registration for the Henkell 0.0 % Vinothon.
Under section 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the provision of services connected with leisure activities where a specific date is provided for performance. This is the case for a sporting event held on a fixed date.
The same applies to additional services provided in connection with the event or handed out on site, in particular the finisher shirt, participation in the pasta party and medal engraving. No items are shipped.
For services made to your specification or clearly tailored to your personal requirements, there is additionally no right of withdrawal pursuant to section 312g (2) no. 1 BGB. This applies in particular to medal engraving.
Our cancellation scheme applies instead of a right of withdrawal. The date on which the cancellation reaches the organiser is decisive. A proportion of the basic entry fee is refunded as follows:
Optional additional items are not included in this proportional refund. A separately charged finisher shirt and medal engraving may be cancelled up to and including 14.03.2027. After that date, the order, size and personalisation are binding.

If the event is cancelled entirely, the entry fee paid will be refunded unless otherwise required by law. If the event is postponed, the race entry remains valid for the replacement date. Section 7 of the Terms and Conditions applies.

All athletes who have registered for the marathon or half marathon so far will keep their race entry or receive a refund of their entry fee.
