  1. Scope

    These terms apply to the use of vinothon-genussmarathon.de, especially for subscribing to the newsletter and accessing information about the event “Vinothon – Wiesbaden·Rheingau SavorMarathon”.

  2. Ticket Sales via Reservix

    1. Tickets for the “Vinothon” event are sold exclusively via: Reservix GmbH, Humboldtstraße 2, 79098 Freiburg, Germany – www.reservix.de
    2. The ticket purchase is subject exclusively to the terms and conditions of Reservix GmbH, available at https://vinothon.reservix.de.
    3. The organizer is not a contractual party of the ticket purchase. Payment processing, delivery and complaints are handled directly by Reservix.
    4. Tickets are personalized and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    5. The cancellation policy for tickets (or its exclusion according to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 German Civil Code) is provided by Reservix during the purchase process and is legally binding.

  3. Event Changes

    1. The organizer reserves the right to make minor changes to the event program or schedule, provided the character of the event remains unchanged.
    2. In case of cancellation, refund and ticket processing are handled by Reservix.

  4. Newsletter

    1. The newsletter is sent via Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany).
    2. Subscription requires Double Opt-In. Data is used solely for this purpose.
    3. Unsubscription is possible at any time. Data processing is based on a data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR.

  5. Copyright

    All content on vinothon-genussmarathon.de is protected by copyright. Use without prior consent is prohibited.

  6. Liability

    The organizer is liable only for intent and gross negligence. No liability for indirect damages.

  7. Data Protection

    Our Privacy Policy applies, available at https://vinothon-genussmarathon.de/en/privacy-policy/.

  8. Final Provisions

    German law shall apply. For contracts with businesses, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the organizer. For consumers, the statutory provisions on jurisdiction apply.

Dear participants,

the “1st Henkell Vinothon – Wiesbaden·Rheingau SavourMarathon”, originally planned for September 6, 2025, is being postponed for organizational reasons.

New date:
Saturday, April 25, 2026

All athletes who have registered for the marathon or half marathon so far will keep their race entry or receive a refund of their entry fee.

You can choose between two options:

  1. I want to participate on April 25, 2026. My race entry remains valid. As a thank-you, I will receive a free surprise package.



    Confirm your entry right by using the 4-digit barcode of your ticket no later than August 31, 2025, by ordering the free package. Enter your ticket code in the “Promotion Code” field.

  2. Unfortunately, I cannot participate on April 25, 2026, and would like to receive a refund of my entry fee. If you are unable to attend the new date, you can cancel your participation online by August 31, 2025, via this link:
